Ingredients

8 oz ground beef, chilled

1 tbsp caramelized onions, from a jar or homemade

1½ tsp yogurt , or buttermilk

1½ tsp soy sauce

1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

⅕ tsp ground black pepper

cooking spray

burger buns

tomatoes

onions

mixed lettuce

mayonnaise, or any condiments of your choice

Preparation

Preheat and grease your griddle or skillet.

Combine all the ingredients together. Shape the mixture into two patties.

Grill your patties for roughly 8 to 10 minutes total until evenly seared on both sides and fully cooked.

Toast your burger buns while waiting.

Once grilled, have your burger assembled with ¼ ounce each of tomatoes, onions, and lettuce, and roughly 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or any condiment of choice. Serve and enjoy!
