Ingredients

12ozcream cheese,softened

1½cupsheavy cream

½tbsplemon juice

⅓cupsugar

1cancherry pie filling

1canblueberry pie filling

Preparation

Cream together the cream cheese and lemon juice until soft.

Add the whipping cream, then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add in the sugar, and beat until stiff and fluffy.

In jars or glasses, layer the pie fillings and cheesecake mixture.

Top with additional whipped cream or whipped topping, if desired. Serve, and enjoy!
