Ingredients

10graham cracker sheets,(1 sleeve)

1cuppecans,divided

2tbspsugar

6tbspunsalted butter,melted

8ozcream cheese,softened

¼cupsugar

21ozblueberry fruit filling,can

2cupsheavy whipping cream

¼cupsugar

pecans for garnish,chopped

Preparation

In a food processor combine graham crackers and pecans. Pulse until coarse crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix until combined. Press into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan.

Using a hand mixer beat the cream cheese and sugar. Fold in the blueberry fruit filling and spread over crust.

Add the heavy cream and sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Spread on top of blueberry layer and garnish with chopped pecans. Chill for 1 hour to set.
