Ingredients

10 oz graham cracker crumbs

1 cup unsalted butter, plus 2 tbsp, melted

½ cup Nutella, plus 1 tbsp

⅓ cup hazelnuts, toasted, chopped

1 lb cream cheese, room temperature

½ cup powdered sugar, sifted

whipped cream

Preparation

Combine the butter, 1 tablespoon of Nutella, and the graham cracker crumbs. Mix until it starts to clump and until you have a damp, sandy mixture.

Lightly grease a cheesecake pan and transfer the graham cracker crumbs into it. Place in the refrigerator to chill.

Beat the cream cheese then add the Nutella and powdered sugar. Continue beating until smooth.

Carefully pour the Nutella mixture over the chilled graham mixture. Spread evenly.

Chill for at least 4 hours to overnight then serve. Best served chilled!

Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream on top and garnish with remaining chopped hazelnuts.
