33Oreos,divided

4ozcream cheese,softened

¼cupsugar,powdered

½tspvanilla extract

1cupheavy cream

¾cupmilk

3.4ozinstant pudding mix,cheesecake flavored

30mini Oreos

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Using a wire whisk, stir in the heavy cream, milk, and instant pudding. Whisk the mixture for about 2 to 3 minutes until very thick. Freeze the mixture for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, place 3 large Oreos in a Ziploc bag. Seal the bag and finely crush the Oreos using a rolling pin. Alternatively, you can do this in a food processor.

Stir in the crushed Oreos into the cheesecake mixture. Pipe the cheesecake mixture over 30 large Oreos, then top each one with a mini Oreo.

For best results, serve immediately. Store in the refrigerator if not used immediately.
