Ingredients
8ozcream cheese,(1 package), softened
1cupmilk
3⅖ozinstant pistachio pudding mix,(1 package)
8ozpineapple,(1 can), drained and crushed
1graham cracker crust,(9-inch)
2cupsheavy whipping cream
3tbsppowdered sugar
pistachios,coarsely chopped, for garnish
Preparation
In a medium sized bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk and pistachio pudding mix until smooth. Fold in the pineapple and spoon into the crust.
Beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Spread on top of the pistachio layer. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
