Ingredients
8⅓ozPhiladelphia Cream Cheese,less fat
½cuppureed pumpkin,or canned
1tspvanilla extract
1tspcinnamon powder
1tsppumpkin pie spice
¼cupbrown sugar
4ozTruwhip,thawed
9inGraham cracker crust,reduced-fat
Preparation
In a large bowl, whip together the cream cheese, pureed pumpkin, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar for a few minutes until fluffy.
Add Truwhip and whip until smooth.
Spoon mixture into pie crust and chill for a few hours until firm.
