Ingredients
1½cupsconfectioners’ sugar
⅓cupskim milk
6tbspbutter
1cupsemisweet chocolate chips
¾cupmarshmallow creme
¼tspvanilla extract
3tbspcocoa
Preparation
Grease one 8×8-inch pie pan and set it aside.
In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine the powdered sugar, milk, and butter. Mix well and stir constantly until a candy thermometer reads 238 degrees F.
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla, and cocoa. Quickly stir together and pour into a prepared pan.
Cool and serve. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
