Ingredients
2 cup all-purpose flour
¾ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ cup butter, unsalted, softened at room temperature
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1¼ cup ripe bananas, mashed, about 4 medium bananas
⅓ cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup Nutella
½ cup hazelnuts, roasted, optional for topping
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate large bowl, beat sugar and butter until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after you add each one.
Add the bananas, milk and vanilla. Beat until blended.
Add flour mixture and beat at low speed just until flour is incorporated.
Microwave the Nutella for about 15 seconds.
Add half of the batter into the loaf pan. Pour in Nutella and swirl with a knife. Add the remaining batter and optional toppings.
Swirl batters together with a knife.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
