Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup milk
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 tbsp granulated sugar
⅔ cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
confectioners’ sugar, garnish
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the oats and milk together. Whisk until well combined.
Add in the melted butter, eggs, and sugar. Whisk to combine.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder. Whisk just until all the ingredients are combined.
Lightly grease the pan. Put tablespoonfuls of pancake batter onto the pan. Cook the pancakes at medium-high heat.
Flip the pancakes when they start to bubble and the edges seem to be cooked. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Once done, transfer your pancakes to a serving plate and garnish them with confectioner’s sugar. Serve and enjoy!
