Ingredients
1pie crust,store-bought or homemade
⅔cuppecans,chopped
2eggs,plus 2 egg whites, beaten
1cupbrown sugar
1cupcorn syrup
⅔cuprolled oats
2tbspbutter,melted
½tspsalt
½tspcinnamon
½tspvanilla
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl combine pecans, beaten eggs, and next 7 ingredients. Stir until well combined.
Pour filling into crust. Bake for 50 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, and extra pecans if desired.
