Ingredients
4cupschicken broth
8ozthin spaghetti,broken in half
2chicken breasts,cut into 1-inch cubes
4cupsbroccoli florets
3garlic cloves,minced
½tspkosher salt
¼tsppepper,coarse ground
1cupCaesar dressing
¼cupParmesan cheese,shredded
Preparation
In a large Dutch oven, add the chicken broth, pasta, chicken, garlic, salt and pepper.
Heat and boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium, then cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Add in the broccoli, then stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in the Caesar dressing, then cook for 2 minutes longer or until heated through.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese, serve, and enjoy!
