Ingredients

2tbspunsalted butter

4garlic cloves,minced

2cupschicken broth

1cupmilk

8ozfettuccine

salt,to taste

pepper,to taste

¼cupparmesan cheese,grated

2tbspfresh parsley,chopped

Preparation

Heat the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for about 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add in the chicken broth, milk, and fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 18 to 20 minutes until the pasta is cooked through.

Stir in the Parmesan. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed until the desired consistency is reached.

Serve immediately, and top with parsley. Enjoy!
