Ingredients
4 oz chocolate instant pudding mix, or vanilla, white chocolate, or cookies-&-creme, preferably Jell-O
2 cups strawberries, sliced
18 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2½ cups milk, cold
6 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1½ cups heavy cream
⅔ cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, and vanilla then beat until evenly incorporated.
In another mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and powdered sugar then whip until stiff peaks form.
Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.
Set aside in a chilled area until ready for use.
Mix cookie crumbs and butter until crumbly, then press firmly into a 12-inch pizza pan. Chill for roughly 3 hours or until firm.
Combine milk and pudding mixes in a bowl then whisk until well blended.
Add ¼ of the whipped topping and whisk briefly.
Transfer on the crust and spread evenly.
Cover the pizza with the remaining whipped topping using a piping bag.
Then arrange strawberries on top of the pizza.
Freeze for 3 hours or until firm.
Once frozen, portion accordingly and serve!
