Ingredients

½cupbutter,softened

⅓cupbrown sugar

½cupgranulated sugar

3⅓ozinstant vanilla pudding,or white chocolate pudding

2tspvanilla

1egg

¾tspbaking soda

½cupflour

15Oreo cookies,(set aside 5 for the topping)

1cupwhite chocolate chips

vanilla candy coating

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and pudding mix until well combined.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.

Mix in Oreos and white chocolate chips.

Scoop onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Let cool completely.

Crush 5 oreos in a plastic bag until there are no large pieces. Set aside.

Melt 3 to 4 candy coating cubes in a small pot on low heat, stirring constantly.

Pour melted chocolate into a gallon bag and cut the tip. Drizzle over the cookies and sprinkle on the Oreo Crumbs.

Let set and enjoy.
