Ingredients

2 cups ale

1¼ tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp seasoned salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

steak, (2 to 8 oz), cut of your choice

2 oz potato fries

2 oz mixed vegetables

Preparation

Marinate your steak of choice in the ale for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Do not marinate overnight.

Thoroughly combine brown sugar, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grease with cooking spray.

Remove the steak from the ale and rub the sugar mixture onto both sides.

Grill the marinated steak to your desired level of doneness.

Serve with potato fries, mixed vegetables, or your preferred side dishes.
