Ingredients
⅓cupwater
¼cupplain fat-free Greek yogurt
¼cupold fashioned rolled oats
½scoopvanilla protein powder
1tbspground flax seed
1½tspchia seeds
½tsppumpkin pie spice
¼cupsweet potato puree
2tbspwater
Preparation
Stir ⅓ cup water, yogurt, oats, protein powder, ground flax seed, chia seeds, and pumpkin pie spice together in a bowl; add sweet potatoes and 2 tablespoons water and stir until well mixed.
Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
