1large yellow squash,shredded

1large tomato,cut into chunks

1cupWalnuts

3clovesgarlic,minced

Preparation

Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir squash, tomato, walnuts, and garlic into coconut oil.

Cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes until heated through.
