Ingredients
2 cups green beans, canned, drained
2 sweet potatoes, skinned
5 oz chicken breast, cubed into small pieces
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Head the olive oil in the pan and cook the chicken pieces until completely cooked.
While you’re waiting for the chicken to cook, poke holes in the potatoes and pop them in the microwave for 3 minutes each.
Wait until they cool and then chop them.
Once the chicken is done, add the rest of the ingredients, including the potatoes, and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.
