Ingredients

2tbspbutter

½lbbacon,cut into small strips

2lbsbrussels sprouts,trimmed

½tspkosher salt

¼tspground black pepper,coarse

1cupparmesan cheese,shredded

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Cook the bacon in a large skillet on medium high heat until crisp.

Remove the bacon, then add in the butter to melt.

Add the brussels sprouts, then toss in the butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake the brussels sprouts for 25 to 30 minutes.

Toss well, then top with Parmesan cheese and bacon.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
