Ingredients

12 large white mushroom caps

1 tsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup bread crumbs

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

3 tbsp parsley, chopped

salt and pepper, to taste

3 tbsp butter, melted

Preparation

In a skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Stuff mushroom caps with mixture, drizzle with melted butter, and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through.
