Ingredients

1 cup peaches, frozen or canned

½ tsp vanilla extract, or a dash

¼ cup lime juice

1 tbsp superfine sugar

½ oz light rum,

1 cup ice, crushed

1 oz peach schnapps

½ oz apricot brandy

Preparation

Combine the peaches, vanilla lime juice, sugar, rum, crushed ice, peach schnapps, and apricot brandy in the blender until smooth.

Serve in chilled cocktail glasses and garnish with fresh peach and mint leaves.
