Ingredients
4small peaches,or 3 large
½cupsugar
1tbspcornstarch
¼tspcinnamon
1tbspwater,optional
⅓cupheavy cream
1⅓cupsvanilla ice cream
Preparation
Cut the peaches into slices, then set in a small saucepan.
Mix with the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and water, then bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the liquid starts to become syrup-like consistency.
Spoon into 4 bowls, then top with vanilla ice cream and cream.
Serve, and enjoy!
