Ingredients

2cupsheavy cream

1cupwhole milk

¾cupsugar

1tspvanilla extract

⅓cuppeanut butter,creamy or smooth

4peanut butter cups,coarsely chopped

Preparation

In a large bowl combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.

Pour the ice cream base into an ice cream maker. Follow the directions in the ice cream maker instruction manual.

When the ice cream is half done, add peanut butter into the machine, a spoonful at a time.

When the ice cream is almost complete, add coarsely chopped peanut butter cups.

Serve immediately or freeze for a few hours before serving. Enjoy!
