Ingredients

¾cupcreamy peanut butter

¼cuprice vinegar

⅓cuptamari,reduced sodium, or reduced-sodium soy sauce

3tbsphoney

1½tspginger,fresh, grated, or ½ tsp ground ginger

1medium garlic cloves,pressed or minced, to taste

¼tspred pepper flakes,plus more for sprinkling

2tbspwater,or coconut milk, or as needed

peanuts,roasted, chopped

red pepper flakes

Preparation

In a 2-cup liquid measuring cup or medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, rice vinegar, tamari, honey, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, and water until well blended.

If the peanut butter is particularly thick, use the full 4 tablespoons of water to thin out the mixture or more, if necessary.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts and red pepper flakes.
