Ingredients
10pcsflour tortillas
2largechicken breasts,cooked, thinly sliced or shredded
¼cupcheese,cotija, crumbled
lime wedges,or cilantro, optional garnishes
2fresh pears,cored and diced
1pomegranate,seeded
½red onion
½cupcilantro,fresh, chopped
½lime,juiced
Preparation
Lay one tortilla out on a serving plate. Place a few slices of chicken in a line down the center of the tortilla. Then add a few spoonfuls of salsa and a sprinkle of cotija cheese on top of the chicken. Serve immediately.
Toss all ingredients together until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
