Ingredients
12graham crackers sheets,broken into chunks
1cupunsalted butter
1cupbrown sugar,packed
¼tspsalt
1tspvanilla extract
1cuppecans,chopped
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line 2 muffin tins with muffin liners.
Add the butter, brown sugar and salt to a medium saucepan on medium high and cook and stir for 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and bubbling.
Stir in the vanilla extract. Combine the mixture with the graham crackers.
Spoon into muffin liners and sprinkle the pecans over the top.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until fully cooled.
