Ingredients
8ozcream cheese,softened
1cuppowdered sugar
1cupheavy whipping cream,whipped to stiff peaks
½tbspvanilla extract
1graham cracker crust,(10-inch) prepared
Preparation
In a large bowl, with an electric hand-mixer, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until combined.
Slowly beat in whipped cream and vanilla extract until smooth and combined. Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate cheesecake for 3 hours or until set.
Serve as is, or with any toppings desired. Enjoy!
