Ingredients
16ozprepared pizza dough,brought to room temperature
1cuppizza sauce
1tbspolive oil
8ozribeye steak or chip steak,thinly sliced
½tspsalt
½tspblack pepper
½tspgarlic powder
4ozcheddar cheese,shredded
4ozmozzarella cheese,shredded
½tspdried parsley
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F for at least 20 minutes.
Roll out pizza dough and place on a round fourteen inch pizza pan. Top with sauce and bake pizza for 8 minutes.
While pizza is baking, heat olive oil on medium heat in a medium size non- stick frying pan. Add steak and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Cook for a few minutes or until steak starts to brown but still has some pink. Remove from heat and drain any grease.
Remove pizza from oven and pop any dough bubbles with a fork. Top with half the cheese, the steak and the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake for about 8 more minutes or until crust is golden and cheese starts to bubble.
Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes before slicing.
