Ingredients
1lbelbow macaroni
12ozpimento peppers,drained
2cupscheddar cheese,shredded
¾cupmayonnaise
½tspCayenne pepper
½tspkosher salt
Preparation
Cook the elbow macaroni 1 minute shy of the directions on the box.
Drain and let cool for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl mix the pimento peppers, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper and kosher salt well.
Add in the pasta and toss until combined.
