Ingredients
16ozchicken breast,cooked, shredded boneless
1½cupsplain Greek yogurt,fat-free
½cuppistachios,finely chopped
1tspground cinnamon
1tspfresh lime juice
4fresh basil leaves,finely chopped
1stalkcelery,finely chopped
¼tspsea salt
¼tspfreshly ground pepper
2scallions,finely chopped
Preparation
Shred cooked chicken breast using a fork; place in a large mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; gently toss to combine.
Transfer to serving bowls.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Sprinkle with additional scallions.
