Ingredients

3 cups lettuce, roughly chopped

¼ cup grape tomatoes, cut in half

2.5 oz chicken breast, grilled, sliced into strips

12 pcs french fries

¼ cup cheese, shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or mixed

¼ cup croutons

4 tbsp ranch dressing

Preparation

Heat up oil in a pot over medium high setting. Add the fries to the pot and cook for 4 to 7 minutes or until lightly brown.

In a shallow bowl or large plate add the lettuce and sprinkle the tomatoes. Place chicken strips in the middle.

Once cooked let the fries cool for 10 minutes on a wire wrack or paper towel lined plate. Then spread out over the salad.

Sprinkle cheese and croutons on top. Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve.
