Ingredients

12inchthin pizza crust,homemade or prepared, such as Boboli

3cupsbell peppers,red, green, yellow, chopped

1cuponion,red or yellow, sliced and pulled into rings

3clovesgarlic,crushed

2tbspextra-virgin olive oil

1½tspItalian herbs,dried

1pinchsalt,to taste

1cupred pepper flakes,crushed to taste

¾cupherbed feta cheese,crumbled

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Lay crust on a pizza pan or cookie sheet. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except cheese; spoon over crust.

Top with cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until vegetables are crispy-tender.
