Ingredients

3½cupspomegranate juice

1½cupsraspberry flavored light rum,or plain

1cupcranberry liqueur,or cassis

1cuplime juice,fresh

ice cubes

pomegranate seeds,or frozen green grapes, or kiwi slices

Preparation

Combine the pomegranate juice, rum, cassis, and lime juice in a large pitcher.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 1 week ahead until cold.

In a blender, combine 1½ cups of the juice mixture and 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend until slushy. Repeat with remaining juice.

Pour into large martini or wine glasses, then garnish as desired. Serve and enjoy!
