Ingredients

1banana,peeled and sliced

1fresh ginger,peeled

2handfulsfresh baby spinach

1cuppineapple chunks,frozen

½cupcoconut water

½cupalmond milk,or plain Greek yogurt

1tbspchia seeds

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender.  Pulse until smooth.

Serve immediately, sprinkled with extra chia seeds on top if desired.
