Ingredients

½tspmustard powder

1tbspall-purpose flour

1tspbutter

2eggsbeaten

¾cupwhite sugar

¼cupwater

¼cupwhite wine vinegar

¼cupcreamy salad dressinglike Miracle Whip

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine the dry mustard, flour, butter, eggs, sugar, water and vinegar.

Cook over medium-high heat until the mixture is thick and smooth, stirring often.

Set aside to cool.

Blend together the cooled dressing with one equal part creamy salad dressing.

Serve on potatoes, and enjoy!
