Ingredients
2 cups romaine or spring lettuce, chopped
1 apple, chopped
⅓ cup purple grapes, seedless, halved
2 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tbsp glazed walnuts, crushed
⅓ cup chicken breasts, cooked, cubed
2 tbsp blue cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp Italian vinaigrette dressing
Preparation
Combine the apple, grapes, cranberries, walnuts, and chicken breasts in a large bowl until evenly incorporated.
Make a well with the lettuce and place the combined ingredients into the well.
Crumble the blue cheese and add on top.
Drizzle the salad dressing. Serve and enjoy!
