Ingredients
1cupbutter,softened
½cupsugar
½cupbrown sugar
1tspvanilla
2cupsflour
¼tspsalt
1cupmini chocolate chips
½cuppotato chips,crushed
¼cupwhole pretzel twists
flaky sea salt
caramel,for drizzling
chocolate,melted, for drizzling
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment.
In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour and salt and beat until combined, then fold in mini chocolate chips and potato chips.
Spread cookie mixture onto prepared baking sheet and press in pretzels.
Bake for about 15 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool completely, then drizzle with caramel and melted chocolate.
Let harden, then break into pieces and serve.
