Ingredients
3ozFrench bread,or baguette
⅔cupbaby arugula
¾ozprosciutto,imported, fat trimmed
2tspbalsamic vinegar
1tspextra virgin olive oil
pepper,fresh cracked
Preparation
Whisk together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Cut the bread, then top it with arugula, prosciutto, a drizzle of the balsamic-oil mix, and fresh cracked pepper.
