Ingredients

2 pears, preferably green and or Bartlett’s

¼ lb prosciutto, thinly sliced

½ cup blue cheese crumbles

32 pcs arugula sprigs

¼ cup balsamic glaze

Preparation

Halve and core each pear. Then quarter each half so you’ll have 8 slices per pear.

Place a slice of pear and 2 to 3 sprigs of arugula on a slice of prosciutto.

Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and wrap prosciutto tightly.

Place each wrapped pear on a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

To Serve:
