Ingredients

1 lb shrimps, (24 pcs), large, peeled and deveined

1 tsp instant minced garlic

½ tsp dill weed

½ tsp dried tarragon leaves

½ lb prosciutto, sliced paper-thin

Nonstick cooking spray

Preparation

In a medium bowl, place the shrimp, garlic, dill, and tarragon and toss to coat.

Cut prosciutto slices in half lengthwise.

Wrap each shrimp in a half-slice of prosciutto.

Thread wrapped shrimp on skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Spray lightly with cooking spray then place skewers on the center of the cooking grate.

Grill for 5 to 6 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling time.

Serve with a lime wedge and garnish with scallions.
