Ingredients
1lbBBQ pulled pork
½tspbrown sugar
1tspyellow mustard
1tspapple cider vinegar
1green onion,thinly sliced
24dill pickle chips
1cupcoleslaw,prepared
Preparation
In a large bowl, warm prepared pulled pork according to package directions.
Add brown sugar, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and green onions and mix until combined.
Place 12 pickle chips on a serving platter.
Top each pickle with pulled pork and coleslaw.
Top with another pickle chip, insert toothpick, and serve.
