Ingredients

¼cupquick oats

½cupunsweetened almond milk

2tbsp*pumpkin butter,(see Recipe Notes for recipe)

1tspchia seeds

1pinchcinnamon

1pinchpumpkin pie spice

¼banana,sliced, freeze the rest for smoothies

¼cupunsweetened almond milk

1pinchcinnamon

1pinchpumpkin pie spice

1tbspraw hulled pepitas,or any nut

Preparation

Combine the oats and ½ cup of the milk in a jar.

Stir in the pumpkin butter, chia seeds, and 1 pinch of each of the spices.

Add banana, cover jar, shake and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning remove it from the refrigerator and let it sit on the counter for 30 minutes to take out the chill.

Stir in the remaining milk, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and pumpkin spice and top with pepitas. Enjoy!
