Ingredients
15ozpumpkin puree,(1 can)
¾cupbrown sugar,unpacked
1tspvanilla extract
⅛tspcinnamon
⅛tsppumpkin pie spice,or more to taste
6oz0% Greek yogurt
8ozTruwhip frozen whipped topping,thawed
cut up apples,for dipping
Preparation
Mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla, and spices. Blend well.
Mix in yogurt.
Fold in Truwhip and chill in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
To serve, transfer to a serving dish or hollowed-out pumpkin.
