Ingredients

1¾cupsall purpose flour

2tsppumpkin pie spice

1tspbaking powder

1tspbaking soda

½tspsalt

2largeeggs,beaten

8ozpineapple,crushed, drained

1cuppumpkin

1cupsweet potato,grated

¾cuplight brown sugar

½tspground ginger

¼cupvegetable oil

4ozcream cheese,softened

¼cupmilk

6tbsppowdered sugar

1tbspmaple syrup

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a medium bowl, mix eggs, pineapple, pumpkin, sweet potato, brown sugar, and ginger together.

Add pumpkin mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Add oil, stirring to combine. Spoon into prepared pan.

Bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

In a medium bowl, which cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add milk.

Add powdered sugar and maple syrup, whisking until smooth. Drizzle on top of cooled bread. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
