Ingredients

beef stew meat , or chuck steak, cubed

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

1 can golden mushroom soup

1 can sour cream, (16 oz)

1 bag wide noodles

Preparation

Cut meat into bite-sized pieces and brown in olive oil or vegetable oil.

Cut up onion and garlic and mix in with meat.

After browning, add water and simmer approximately ½ hour.

Stir in soup and simmer additional 30 minutes.

Stir in sour cream.

Prepare noodles.

Pour stroganoff over the noodles and enjoy.
