Ingredients

⅓ cup fresh parsley, minced

2 tbsp onion, finely chopped

2 cups sour cream

2 cups mayonnaise

½ tbsp seasoned salt

1 can corned beef

Preparation

Mince parsley and onions.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise to make the dipping sauce.

Add chopped parsley and onions to the dipping sauce.

Season with salt and fold using a rubber spatula or similar mixing tool until well combined.

In a serving bowl, put in your corned beef then pour over your dipping sauce. Fold to mix well.

Serve your dip with crunchy toasted bread or a side of vegetables and enjoy!
