Ingredients

½small head white cabbage,(about 5 cups) cored and shredded

½small red bell pepper,seeded and sliced thin

¼small red onion,sliced thin

2tbspextra virgin olive oil

5tspapple cider vinegar

¼tspkosher salt

black pepper,fresh to taste

In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, toss to combine and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
