Ingredients

1apple,cored, chopped

1large orange,peeled, sectioned, cut into bite-size pieces

½cupseedless grapes

1nectarine,pitted, chopped

¼cuporange juice,fresh

6tbspplain low fat yogurt

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the apple, orange, grapes, and nectarine.

Pour enough fresh juice to coat and prevent oxidation. Toss and refrigerate.

Serve with a dollop of low-fat yogurt. Enjoy!
