Ingredients

2cupsfull-fat plain Greek yogurt

4clovesgarlic,peeled and minced

1cupEnglish cucumber,seeded and grated

1tbspfresh dill,not dried dill, chopped

1-2tbspfresh lemon juice,to taste

1tbspolive oil

½tspsea salt

¼tspfreshly-ground black pepper

Preparation

Stir all ingredients together until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
